Brad Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine Publications, Inc. (SPI)

Taylor’s background has always involved innovative and creative marketing strategies where the customer comes first and where relationships with your customers are critical in the success of your future business.
Taylor’s career began in the deep discount drug industry in the 1970’s. Throughout the 1980's and early 1990’s Mr. Taylor was co-owner of several deep discount drug stores working alongside some of the most respected and well known leaders in the retail drug store industry.

In 1994 Taylor formed Sunshine Publications, Inc. an advertising and marketing company. In 2003 SPI purchased PV Luxury Homes and PV Luxury Guide.com out of Portland, OR, that same year SPI changed the name of PV Luxury Homes to Luxury Home Magazine ® (LHM) and PV Luxury Guide.com to LuxuryHomeMagazine.com. As part of the transition SPI changed the format of LHM to a “coffee table/tabloid size” know today as “The Coffee Table Magazine”. In 2005 SPI took Luxury Home Magazine national, opening distributorships and company owned magazines throughout North America while registering Luxury Home Magazine® through the United States Patent and Trademark office.

Taylor credits the LHM growth throughout North America with creative, driven, results-oriented individuals whose sole mission is structured on integrity, hard work and exceptional customer service.

Throughout his career, Taylor’s philosophy has always retained the same formula, work hard, do what you say you will do and never ask someone to do something you’re not willing to do yourself. With over 30 years of experience in advertising, marketing & building customer relationships, Taylor is one of the most respected individuals in advertising and marketing today.


Cathy Taylor has served as Vice President and CFO of Sunshine Publications, Inc since 1994 which today currently operates Luxury Home Magazine®. Cathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida and worked primarily in pediatrics and out patient surgery until devoting herself full time to Sunshine Publications, Inc. in 2003. She has been the primary person responsible for the accounting and financial operations related to the businesses operating under Sunshine Publications, Inc. and now oversees and manages the accounting department.


Emile Bonfiglio currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Sunshine Publications Inc. He joined Sunshine Publications in July 2004 as the first Account Manager for the Oregon/SW Washington edition of Luxury Home Magazine. In March 2005, he assumed the position of Publisher for that edition and was able to set new standards in the luxury real estate publication industry for product quality and customer service. Midway through 2006, Mr. Bonfiglio took on the role of Vice President of Sales and Market Development, where he was given the charge to strengthen, grow and expand the existing and developing markets. He was instrumental in the successful launch of multiple markets, from Seattle to Dallas to Washington DC, allowing LHM became a true coast to coast company. His dedication and knowledge of the LHM brand is unparalleled, making him one of the most trusted and respecting names in the luxury real estate industry. His current responsibilities include new market development, new product research, strategic partnerships/alliances, and corporate training; along with overseeing the Luxury Home Magazine brand.

Emile has an extensive background in advertising, marketing and real estate. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He established his career in the high tech PR industry working with businesses and organizations whose products and services are utilized by many Fortune 500 companies Mr. Bonfiglio also held several positions at Euro RSCG Worldwide, one of the world's largest advertising agencies, specifically in the media buying and planning departments. He worked closely with clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Charbroil, Sears, The Home Depot, Select Comfort, and Nautilus. Real estate has always been an important part of his life; his wife, mother and father are all practicing Realtors, which has allowed Emile the unique opportunity to understand the industry from a LHM's client prospective.


Roan White integrates new technologies and solutions into the overall realm of Sunshine Publications, as the Vice President of New Media. Coming on board in 2005 as the Publisher of the Sacramento edition of Luxury Home Magazine, Roan has helped build a very successful regional magazine, and develops "web 2.0" savvy solutions to keep Sunshine’s advertisers at the forefront of the new digital millennium. He has a distinguished background in marketing, sports management, and technology. Roan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Chico State University, and also holds a degree in Integrated Network Engineering. His duties include managing the brand online and through other digital mediums, and developing new ways to connect advertisers with Sunshine’s affluent readership.


Stephanie Northam joined Sunshine Publications in 2006. Currently, Mrs. Northam oversees the corporate accounting and reporting in addition to being the accounting liaison with the Luxury Home Magazine distributors. Prior to her role with LHM, Mrs. Northam held several financial positions at Sprint PCS and Chevron USA. Mrs. Northam graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University.


Breanna Thurston fell in love with real estate at a young age retaining her real estate license at Sacramento State University. From there, she went on to work at one of the areas top real estate firms. Mrs. Thurston became the company’s youngest Realtor and brings to Luxury Home Magazine not only an in-depth knowledge of the industry, but a true passion for the business. Mrs. Thurston joined Luxury Home Magazine in 2005.


Ashley Taylor, Special Project Coordinator has always had a keen eye for design and a passion for technology, Ashley Taylor attended Full Sail Real World Education in Orlando, FL gaining a vast knowledge in computer graphics and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Entertainment Business. She oversees special projects and assists in new market design and promotional pieces.


Tara Tidwell has been the Senior Art Director for Luxury Home Magazine Since 2003. Tara has a degree in Graphic Design from Portland Community College. Tara has an impressive background including photography, signage, displays, and various forms of print media. Tara is the lead designer responsible for managing and directing the look and feel of all Luxury Home Magazine products and collateral.
