HM Properties New Office<\/p><\/div>\n

Charlotte, NC – September 18, 2017 <\/strong>– Valerie Mitchener<\/a>, the owner and broker-in-charge of HM Properties, a full-service residential real estate firm, has signed a lease for a 2,264 sq. foot office space in the Waverly development located on Providence Road near I-485. HM Properties expects to move in during the first quarter of 2018.<\/p>\n

HM Properties\u2019 main office is in SouthPark at 6857 Fairview Road across from Phillips Place and was purchased by Mitchener in 2014. HM Properties was previously located in SouthPark\u2019s Piedmont Town Center for nine years. HM Properties second office will be situated at 7415 Waverly Walk Ave., Suite F2-2, Charlotte, NC 28277, and will overlook the public plaza called The Terrace.<\/p>\n

Waverly is a new master planned, multi-use and pedestrian-friendly development that is a joint venture between Crosland Southeast, Childress Klein, and the B. Frank Matthews II Family. This 90-acre project will offer 250,000 square feet of retail space, a Whole Foods Market, restaurants, shops, a 141 room Hilton Garden Inn, two 5-6 story office buildings, and two medical buildings. In addition, there will be 375 upscale apartments and 150 single family homes and townhomes.<\/p>\n

Mitchener expects to have possession of the new Waverly office space on or before December 2017. She has hired Robert Johnson Architects to design the interior which will be customized by D4 Construction. Both companies were instrumental in designing and renovating her current SouthPark office.<\/p>\n
