Step into a gourmet kitchen appointed with granite counters, an oversized island\/breakfast bar, custom cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, dual Miele ovens, a six-burner Thermador cooktop with a grill, dishwasher, and a SubZero refrigerator. An expansive casual dining rotunda has backyard views from the walls of windows. A fireplace and built-in custom media cabinetry anchor the large family room that also features a soaring ceiling and a second kitchen outfitted with granite counters, custom cabinetry, an icemaker, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and a Miele coffee station.
Two sets of French doors open to create a seamless flow to the romantic and large veranda where ivy gracefully climbs the walls. Steps connect this venue to the pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, patios, and Trex deck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two half baths in the main home include a main-level bedroom\/office with an en suite. Two more main-level bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and a kitchenette and also feature a private entry making it ideal for guests, multi-generational living, or an au pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Also on the main level is a sizeable game room with hardwood flooring, a custom-designed home theater featuring a half-dozen reclining chairs, blackout curtains, speakers, and a 15-foot movie screen. Sliding glass doors open to another outdoor venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
