Association of Homebuilders at the 2024 \u201cThe Nationals\u201d awards celebration held
February 28th at Caesars Palace in front of a sold-out crowd of international
homebuilding executives. This included Rosewood being recognized with the
prestigious Gold Award for having the \u201cBest Single Family Detached Model Home
over 4,000 square feet\u201d in North America for Rosewood\u2019s Residence Six at its new
Rosewood Highlands at Storyrock neighborhood in Scottsdale.

An independent panel of international homebuilding experts also recognized
Rosewood with three Silver Awards for \u201cDetached Community of the Year\u201d for its

Residence Two offered at its Rosewood Canyon at Storyrock and for its Residence
