When Steve Petrucci, the principal of Bella Homes, purchased a tract of land on historic N Swinton Ave. in the highly sought after Lake Ida area of Delray Beach, his vision was to create an intimate development a world apart, yet close to the beach and \u201cThe Avenue.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The collaboration between Bella Homes and Richard Brummer, the principal of Opus Homes is nothing short of spectacular. Inspired by a home on Palm Beach Island, the collection of four homes marries a British West Indies style with the flare of Modern Farmhouse. The warmth in the material selection pairs well with the luxury finishes and the eco-friendly elements. Featured on the cover, the Coastal Modern home is one of the custom homes built in The Vineyard Delray by Bella Homes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While all the homes in The Vineyard Delray are sold out, Steve has two projects in Ocean Ridge he is working on, most notably an oceanfront modern and eco-friendly masterpiece in Ocean Ridge, due to be complete in 14 months; and a spec home on Hudson Ave. in Ocean Ridge, located across the street from the beach with access to the beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
