Charlotte, NC – March 8, 2018 – Construction is underway in Ashton Ridge, a new single-family development in South Charlotte conveniently located off Rea Road and near Providence and Old Providence roads.<\/p>\n

Tucked in the heart of the Old Providence neighborhood, Ashton Ridge is an enclave community with 21 single-family homes on two cul-de-sac streets with sidewalks. Homes are priced from the high $700\u2019s to mid-$800\u2019s and four properties are available for spring move-in.<\/p>\n

There are four plans available and each offers a master bedroom on the main or upper level.\u00a0 These painted brick homes range from 3,500 to 3,900 square feet with an opportunity to increase the square footage for buyers who need additional space. Each residence will also have four bedrooms, three and a half or four full baths and an upstairs bonus room.<\/p>\n

The interiors embody the elegance of a traditional Southern home incorporating the modern conveniences and open floor plans for today\u2019s lifestyles. Each home includes 10 foot ceilings on the main level, hardwood flooring throughout, custom moldings including wainscoting, and solid core doors. Kitchens are open to the family rooms and have ceiling height cabinetry, large center islands, quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Additional features include coffered ceilings, Isokern fireplaces, drop zones with built-ins, and elegant lighting.<\/p>\n

The exterior of each home will feature a covered front and back porch with Bluestone flooring, front yard irrigation, and an attached two car garage with a carriage-style door.<\/p>\n

This community has been thoughtfully designed by Charlotte In-Vironments, Jeanine DeVaney, and built by Hays Castleman of HHC Construction who has constructed multiple custom homes in Eastover, Myers Park, Foxcroft and Barclay Downs.
