Conducted by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA) and held at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Rosewood Homes was recognized by a panel of independent industry judges as \u201cSmall Volume Builder of the Year\u201d for the 3rd consecutive year in Metro Phoenix for Rosewood\u2019s industry leading efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
