Mooresville, NC – August 12, 2019 – Valerie Mitchener<\/a>, owner and broker-in-charge of HM Properties<\/a>, has acquired Anchor Real Estate, LLC, in Mooresville, North Carolina, and will be adding a third office to its firm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This approximately\n2000 sq. foot office space in the Mooresville Commons Shopping Center is HM\nProperties\u2019 third office and is located at 146 Mooresville Commons Way, Suite\nF, Mooresville, NC 28117, which is west of I-77 off Exit 35 on Brawley School\nRoad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mitchener\nhas retained Josh Tucker, former owner of Anchor Real Estate, LLC, to serve as\nthe Broker-in-Charge at this Lake Norman office.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have been looking to expand\nour reach into the Lake Norman area for a while and this was the perfect\nopportunity to do so,\u201d said Mitchener. \u201cThis location will give us the ability\nto serve our clients north of Charlotte and provide our agents with the flexibility\nto work and meet clients at multiple locations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HM Properties\u2019 headquarters is located in SouthPark at 6857 Fairview Road across from Phillips Place and was purchased by Mitchener in 2014. A second office was opened in July 2018 in the new Waverly mixed-use development in South Charlotte Providence Road near I-485.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
