Cassandra Niklewski

Cassandra Niklewski
DRE: 01486948
Cassandra Niklewski combines her love of helping people with her competitive nature to provide a compassionate and winning experience for her real estate clients. Having frequently weathered the challenges of moving around the country amid a growing family, Cassandra easily relates to other families’ real estate needs and goals.

Cassandra loves what she does. Armed with the highest ethical standards, she has established herself as a prime agent in Folsom and El Dorado Hills. She has been a recipient of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Masters Club designation for several consecutive years, and both she and her high-end listings have been featured many times in Luxury Home Magazine. Additionally, Cassandra has experience flipping multiple local homes.

Throughout her life, Cassandra’s endeavors have always centered around helping others. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources with an emphasis on organizational development — all while working full-time. Before entering the real estate industry, she worked in corporate recruiting and software sales before a financial crisis-driven layoff forced her to reassess her career. Cassandra had already earned her real estate license after purchasing her first home in 2011, which turned out to be one of her best decisions. Real estate nourishes her service-driven mindset, and she loves guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Originally from the Midwest, Cassandra moved to Folsom in 2005. In the spirit of giving, she regularly volunteers to help with community projects with the Rotary Club of Folsom Lake, of which she is a member. Cassandra’s husband is a firefighter for the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, so she has donated a portion of all her commissions to the Firefighters Burn Institute or a charity of her client’s choice. Cassandra’s skill in balancing her real estate career with family and charity work has earned her a feature in Sacramento Parent Magazine. She loves spending her free time outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, and barbecuing. Cassandra also enjoys time with her husband, two boys — Becker and Grant.
