Matt and Tara Hays have been remodeling and flipping homes since 2008. They first started in Spring Hill, Tennessee and then expanded to building homes in 2017 on Tim’s Ford Lake. Matt grew up on construction sites and has been in the industry for over 20 years. He is a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee. His main focus when building is to use superior materials and detailed craftsmanship, building each house as if it were his own. While Tara holds a Master’s degree in English from Belmont University, her first passion is creativity and design. She works with architects creating the best floorplans and designs each home with the utmost care under NG Designs. Tara is also a third generation property manager and manages a small fleet of vacation rentals. They have combined their talents in Legacy Lake Homes LLC, specializing in designer homes in two regions: Winchester and Estill Springs of Franklin county, & College Grove and Thompson’s Station in Williamson County, Tennessee. They hope to expand and build a handful of homes in Walton County, Florida by 2026.
