Jenny Telwar serves as the Managing Broker for the Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty Nashville office and has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1994. She was selected as one of Nashville Business Journal’s “Top 40 under 40”, and as one of Nashville Lifestyles “25 Most Beautiful People in Nashville.” She has strong experience in real estate, specifically in the areas of probate, new construction, relocation, luxury/high–end condo properties, public relations, policy and marketing. She focuses on all area Middle Tennessee counties and has lived in the Brentwood/Franklin area for 30 years. Jenny holds several designations including Broker, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified Real Estate Negotiation, Certified Business Development Agent, Certified Listing Professional and has won local association awards for her production.

Jenny has appeared on Nashville’s WSMV Channel 4 numerous times discussing Nashville real estate and holds workshops for clients and fellow agents about the market. She has also been featured as an expert agent in several publications including Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Inman, Yahoo News, Sotheby’s Luxury Outlook, NFocus, Be Local Franklin, Cool Springs Magazine, Nashville Ledger and the Tennessean.

In her free time, Jenny loves traveling to foreign countries and doing extreme hikes/sports. She has successfully crossed the Grand Canyon in a day (Rim2Rim), participated in the 29029 Everesting challenge and enjoys scuba diving. She also volunteers with several local not-for-profit organizations, including Wags and Walks Nashville (rescue dogs). She is an alumnus of Virginia Tech (BA) and MTSU (MS). A mother of two, Jenny enjoys visiting her children who currently attend college at University of Hawaii and Georgia State. While in Nashville, her children attended Franklin Road Academy (FRA) Pre-K – 12. Jenny resides in Brentwood with her British husband and their well-loved, well-fed “other” children – three rescue pit bull mixes and a Boston Terrier pup (who ultimately rules the roost over them all.)
