Grant Sory
Grant Sory, President and Principal Broker of MODE Properties, is a residential real estate expert who specializes in curating a private, white-glove service for each of his clients. As a native to Nashville, Grant has intimate knowledge of the local area and has witnessed the growth of the housing market first-hand. Whether you’re looking for a family estate, investment property or recreational farm, Grant utilizes his knowledge of the local market, his business expertise and his passion for real estate to exceptionally deliver for each of his clients.

Grant’s interest in a career in real estate started at a young age. Throughout his young life, he remained an active member of the community. At the young age of 15 he participated on the YMCA Board of Directors, served on the Superintendent of Williamson County School’s student advocacy board and raised thousands of dollars for the Brentwood Police Department during his time as an active member of the Brentwood Police Department’s DARE program.

Grant is now an accomplished agent that services high net worth, private and celebrity clientele. He recently sold one of the most expensive estates in Williamson County and, to date, brokered the most expensive condo sale in the state.
