Brad Taylor | President & CEO

Brad Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine Publications, Inc. (SPI)

Taylor's background has always involved innovative and creative marketing strategies where the customer comes first and where relationships with your customers are critical in the success of your future business.

Taylor's career began in the deep discount drug industry in the 1970's. Throughout the 1980's and early 1990's Mr. Taylor was co-owner of several deep discount drug stores working alongside some of the most respected and well known leaders in the retail drug store industry.

In 1994 Taylor formed Sunshine Publications, Inc. an advertising and marketing company. In 2003 SPI purchased PV Luxury Homes and PV Luxury Guide.com out of Portland, OR. That same year SPI changed the name of PV Luxury Homes to Luxury Home Magazine ® (LHM) and PV Luxury Guide.com to LuxuryHomeMagazine.com. Bryon Steiner | Corporate Senior Art Director

Bryon Steiner has been working at Luxury Home Magazine since 2007. Bryon admits that putting together that first issue was a bit of a challenge. Determined to make things easier for subsequent issues, he streamlined and simplified the design process by creating automatic styles, actions, and templates in his graphics applications. This now allows him to spend more time creating custom ads for LHM clients, and also to proofread them once they're finished.

Although his work makes up a large part of each issue, creative input has inspired Bryon to continue to come up with fresh ideas that grace the pages (both in print and online) of each new issue of Luxury Home Magazine.

Bryon holds a B.A. in Visual Communication and an emphasis in Communication Design. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from CSU, Chico in 2001 and currently lives in Sacramento, CA.
