Open through March 24, 2026, the show house invites visitors to experience innovative interior design, elevated craftsmanship, and the latest trends shaping luxury homes in South Florida.<\/p>\n

Beyond its design influence, the event supports a meaningful mission. Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Cluband the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, helping fund educational programs and opportunities for local youth.<\/p>\n

A landscape architect works with an unusually broad palette. Every element, whether natural or constructed, has its own materiality, its own behavior over time, and its own impact on humans and the environment. From the wonder of a child\u2019s tree house to healthful areas for athletic exercise and recovery to the desire for comfort and indulgence in our mature years, our favorite outdoor spaces evolve as we do.<\/p>\n

Vita \u2013 Our circular entry garden and doorway highlights the delight of childhood and the provocation of youthful ego intertwined with hints of Modernist design and Bando with paving and door paint by Benjamin Moore.<\/p>\n

Purgatorio \u2013 In collaboration with Kohler and Brown Jordan, Bell Design creates a serene wellness space to contemplate, relax, and expiate one\u2019s sins. Three person sauna by Kohler, shaded seating by Brown Jordan, a colorful juice bar with Manalapan Dolomite counter by Primestones, beverage center by Marvel, and appliances by Good Deals Appliances| Royal Green.<\/p>\n

Voliera \u2013 A floating sculptural cloud skims the Aviary Garden. A custom bird bath and ombre-scaled back chairs in collaboration with fine furniture makers McKinnon & Harris welcome all of God\u2019s winged and finned creatures. Coral lipstick palms and silver Bromeliads anchor the diaphanous space.<\/p>\n

Paradiso \u2013 Metals dominate in the bronze and steel of the Cocktail Garden from furnishings to plantings. The central Seraphim Bar by Belt Metal takes inspiration from Les Lalannes with complementary contemporary steel Atelier Artizan lounge furnishings with fabrics by Perennials and tabletop in Verde Ligure marble by Primestones. The monumental \u201cFLO\u201d by David Harber contains the axial view to the water with a bronze keyhole into the sublime.<\/p>\n

A Gramercy Daybed by Burton James, upholstered in a stunning fruity floral, anchors the room, equally inviting for an afternoon hangout or a cozy night in, while a Sherrill Furniture round ottoman in a silky blue Lee Jofa Modern fabric in collaboration with Kelly Wearstler adds softness and versatility. Warmth comes from the Amara Dark Stained Poplar Dresser by Made Goods, cleverly reimagined as both dresser and bar and topped with a beautiful white Calacatta marble countertop from Primestones, set against a playful backdrop of Ground Works Lee Jofa\u2019s Mineral Paper in Algae. Custom-designed glass shelving adds both function and charm, while refined Corston light switches provide thoughtful, architectural detailing throughout the space. No surface was left untouched, with accessories from Made Goods and Pigeon & Poodle layered throughout, and Blue Pheasant barware completing the perfect spot to mix a drink. Seating is thoughtfully layered with a Tegal Chair by Currey & Company, a natural rattan accent with intricate detailing, alongside a vintage chair reimagined in a two-tone Lee Jofa fabric in collaboration with Kelly Wearstler. The sculptural Peacock Side Table by Currey & Company adds a striking decorative moment. Underfoot, the Desta Rug in Honey by Stark grounds the room, while Riviere wallcovering by Paolo Moschino, available at Lee Jofa, draws the eye upward and lets the imagination wander. The space blends modern sensibilities with a reverence for craft, pattern, and play. Yellow was introduced as a central note to evoke light, optimism, and warmth, setting an immediate emotional tone that feels both joyful and transportive. To bring depth and tactile richness to the architecture, the walls are wrapped in Zellige tile. Warm yellow Zellige from Otto Tiles creates a luminous backdrop, while white and green patterned Zellige from ASD Surfaces adds visual rhythm and a subtle graphic contrast. Underfoot, the floor pays homage to old-world elegance through pattern and materiality. Ann Sacks\u2019 black-and-white Palma marble mosaic delivers a timeless foundation that feels luxurious yet grounded, anchoring the courtyard with classic sophistication. David Sutherland bronze sculptures by Corbin Bronze rise like modern totems – quietly powerful, grounding the space with sculptural presence and weight. Opposite, a pagoda-style armoire\u2014outfitted with a Mirror TV by Reflectel and finished with Samuel & Sons Sophie Tassel Tiebacks and French Double Welting in Hunter Green\u2014functions as a bar with additional storage for partyware, with accessories from Made Goods, Pigeon & Poodle, and bar accessories by Blue Pheasant. And at the end of the hall, a brass picture rail from Tillys Interiors floats an antique bamboo mirror. The de Gournay pleated backdrop is an opulent gesture for an otherwise small space, a nod to curating unforgettable experiences and spaces, no matter the size. A pair of slipper chairs from Coley Home and the warm glow from a chandelier from Urban Electric overhead make for a sweet corner moment to sip and chat. Illuminating the hallway that connects the Entertainment Center to the Powder Room are custom Vietnamese silk lanterns. The walls are clad in Chinoiserie grass cloth wallpaper from Kravet, and tortoiseshell print wallpaper by Gracie on the ceiling completes the look. Upholstered in Nobilis\u2019 Shima with shimmer cord, the banquette\u2019s cushions by Le Jeune are framed by a birds-eye maple veneer screen by HASAC Millwork with refined hardware details by Nanz. The composition is grounded by a honed Ceppo Bi Sicilia stone base by ARCA, which continues seamlessly into the fireplace surround. Layered pillows from Pierre Frey\u2019s newest collection soften the composition and invite interaction. The Bossa dining table is a solid cast bronze and is paired with chairs from Ralph Pucci, reupholstered in custom Peruvian fabric in \u201cmint ice fur.\u201d Overhead, a bronze Anna Karlin Sketch Pendant draws the eye downward, completing the vignette. The fireplace is an extension of the room\u2019s social rhythm, clad in ceramic tiles from Artistic Tile. An EcoSmart Fire fireplace completes the composition. The Neotropic Mirror by LGS Studio via The Future Perfect crowns the area with its ceramic texture. Just beyond, the Visionnaire Siona Bar introduces a refined hospitality note, finished in high-gloss blue lacquer. This final stop invites you to play board games at a Todd Merril table, featuring a vintage lucite chess board, alongside late-night drinks and informal gatherings, with ottomans in different shapes upholstered in Metaphores fabric and a french oak Redux bench from Slash Objects extends the room\u2019s sense of conviviality. At its core, the room reflects a cosmopolitan approach to living, deeply layered and rich with textural dialogue. The result is a space that feels lived-in, where a multitude of materials\u2014metals, mirrors, stones, and woods\u2014are composed with confidence. \u201cI love the idea that many lives can exist in one room at the same time\u2014talking, gathering, and socializing,\u201d says Wecselman.
