CREATING A LIVING WINDOW TO THE SEA

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1792408872431{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]For Reef Aquaria Design (RAD), an aquarium is more than a decorative feature. It is a living work of art—a captivating world of color, movement, and beauty designed to transform its surroundings.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_single_image image=”9929″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409644233{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1792409456320{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]For founder Jeff Turner, the ocean has always been a way of life. Inspired by his father, Joe Turner, the first president of the Florida Marine Aquarium Society, Jeff began his career in marine aquarium services before pioneering commercial marine aquaculture and establishing several successful aquarium-related businesses. His lifelong passion ultimately led to Reef Aquaria Design.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#9e9e9e”][vc_single_image image=”9932″ img_size=”728×90″ alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409508800{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}” link=”https://www.reefaquariadesign.com/”][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#9e9e9e”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1792409572958{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]WHERE ART MEETS ENGINEERING

Every RAD project begins with a vision, seamlessly blending design, engineering, advanced technology, and marine expertise. From vibrant living coral reefs to mesmerizing jellyfish displays, each custom installation is carefully designed as a thriving ecosystem that evolves and matures over time.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_single_image image=”9927″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409632451{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#9e9e9e”][vc_single_image image=”9933″ img_size=”728×90″ alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409536668{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}” link=”https://surfaceexperts.com/location/florida/palm-beaches/”][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#9e9e9e”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_single_image image=”9931″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409637581{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1792409670812{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]Pushing the Boundaries

RAD’s innovative approach has produced remarkable installations, including a 500-gallon custom jellyfish aquarium transported by helicopter to the 53rd floor of a high-rise. The extraordinary feat demonstrated the company’s ability to combine ambitious design with precision engineering.

Beyond luxury residences, RAD creates sophisticated aquatic environments for commercial spaces and prestigious institutions, including work at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_single_image image=”9926″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” qode_css_animation=”” css=”.vc_custom_1792409690355{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][vc_empty_space height=”30″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1792409711168{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”]A Living Legacy

Today, Reef Aquaria Design continues to create custom aquatic environments for residential, commercial, and public clients. And every project is approached with the same philosophy that has guided Jeff Turner throughout his career: Don’t simply build an aquarium. Build a living window to the sea, because the most extraordinary aquariums aren’t defined by the glass, the equipment, or even their size; they’re defined by all the adventures that happen inside them.
