There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Northern Virginia real estate professional coupled with 20+ years as a professional interior designer, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I am very actively involved in the community, my church and animal rescue. I have two amazing young adults who were born and raised in NOVA; they graduated from George Mason University and James Madison University, and are both entrepreneurs living locally. My first 21+ years I lived in 19 different places as the daughter of a 25+ year career Army Officer. That included graduating from high school in Germany. I went to Texas Tech University. Northern Virginia has been my favorite place to call home.

Interior design/home staging/home renovation and real estate have always been my passion and I've been fortunate to combine the two with Elevate Your Space Realty Team and my full service interior design & staging firm, Sublime Redesign, Inc.

My passion is animal rescue, and I founded my 501c3 Animal Angel Aid, - 25% of my commission from all homes bought/sold with me is donated to helping local homeless animals with spay/neuter and medical care they need, as well as youth humane education. I have created THE PAWTECTORS, a year-round, online youth humane education to teach/inspire animal compassion, responsible pet ownership & how kids ages 5-17 can be super heroes for homeless animals in their own community. Thank YOU for helping create a WIN WIN in the lives of homeless animals and kids! COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS = COMPASSION FOR HUMANS = COMPASSION FOR ALL!!

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun or Prince William counties, please contact me. I look forward to creatively, and successfully, helping you Elevate Your Space above the rest. We look forward to exceeding your expectations.

I'm also licensed in Florida, specializing in the Tampa/St. Pete/Sarasota area. So if you're heading south, I know the area well having lived in South Tampa.
