After working as an international front cover and fashion model for Jerry and Eileen Ford at Ford Models in NYC from 1984 through 2001, I began my real estate career in 2001 with Keller Williams in Dallas, Texas. In Dallas, I mainly dealt with residential real estate north of Dallas in the areas surrounding Preston Wood and Preston Trail Country Clubs. In 2003, after we moved back to Miami, FL, I began working with Beachfront Realty, specializing in private residences north of downtown Miami and condominiums on Miami Beach.

We launched Havmoeller by Allen Tate Realtors as a real estate advisory firm for Palisades, NC, and surrounding waterfront communities. In 2022 I was ranked #16 in North Carolina and the top 1.49% of 1,6 million real estate professionals in the United States. I have received the following awards.
