Jesse Laner is the Co-Founding Owner and Broker of C3 Real Estate Solutions. He and his business partner, John Simmons, established C3 in 2013. C3 is now the third largest brokerage firm in Northern Colorado with 140+ agents in 5 offices – Fort Collins, Johnstown, Loveland, Breckenridge and soon to come Greeley. The brokerage firm has grown to include both residential and commercial real estate, lending, property management and will be adding title services 2021. Being raised in the small community of Healy, just outside Denali National Park, provided some of the most memorable childhood experiences one can imagine. Although my passion and love for this great state remains, I have never regretted my decision to relocate to Colorado in 2003. After graduating college with my degree in Business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, I selected Northern Colorado as my new home. I am so grateful to live and work in such a thriving and vibrant community. In 2017, my amazingly talented wife Amy and I welcomed our son Maddox Bruin Laner into our world. As most parents will say, he has totally changed our hearts and our lives. We could not be more grateful for him. We spend our free time enjoying outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, camping, snow-shoeing, and traveling to Alaska to share my home state with family and friends. It is very important for us to give back and reinvest into our community. We are intentional givers of our time, talent and treasure. Through coaching high school athletics, volunteering at local charity events, and donating financially to local nonprofits, we are determined to leave a legacy of significance. This is the underlying purpose of our real estate company and how we are choosing to redefine the real estate industry.
