Sean is a Realtor-Broker and successful Entrepreneur with over 35 years Sales and Marketing experience. Consistently top 10% in sales for Hawaii Realtors, his focus is on finding value, creating value and focusing on Win-Win propositions. Sean is a member of Hawaii Life's HL1, a curated collection of Hawai‘i’s exceptional properties and best agents. Sean's real estate career is focused on agricultural land restoration, and luxury ocean front properties. Sean is considered an Ag lands specialist. He has closed dozens of land transactions on Oahu's North Shore that are now home to many organic farms, small ranches and properties with space for growing families. From 2003 to 2009, he owned North Shore Land and Farming, where he developed relationships with land planners, attorneys, and government officials who have been critical to his success in Ag land developement and restoration. 2010 to 2018 owned and operated Kaukonahua Ho'ola LLC, a company that has been responsible for sales of over 2,600 acres. In 2023 was part of the team that sold the 2,800 acre Dillingham Ranch. Sean also specializes in oceanfront luxury property marketing and sales and successfully sold some of the North Shore's most prized beachfront properties. Including premier beachfront properties at Lani’s, Chuns, Rocky Point, Kawela Bay, Turtle Bay, Marconi Point and Laie. He made his home in the Diamond Head and Kahala areas in the '70s and '80s. Sean's connection to those communities led to involvement in the successful sales and marketing of the six A&B Kawamoto oceanfront properties on Kahala Avenue. Roots in Hawai‘i go back to when his grandfather, James Ginella, came to Hawaii to help build the dry docks at Pearl Harbor in the 1930s. Received a degree in International Relations from Chaminade in 1981, he then settled down to raise his own family on the North Shore of Oahu 34 years ago, now an active member of the North Shore community. Formerly a professional Longboard surfer, Sean stays active in nature, golfing, dirt biking and surfing. He served as the Chairman of the North Shore Regional Board of Realtors Group. He supports Jack and Kim Johnson's Kokua Foundation, The North Shore Community Land Trust, the Sunset Beach PTA, AYSO, The North Shore Chamber of Commerce, and the Hawaii Islands Land Trust. He is a former volunteer Board Member of the North Shore's Camp Erdman YMCA.
