Cher Rowland is a native Californian, born and raised on the mid-Peninsula. A listing agent confidant with two- to-five times repeat clientele spanning her real estate career, Cher consistently demonstrates her contract negotiation skill level and deal structuring expertise in real estate while offering customized marketing and sales solutions to sellers, buyers and investors throughout the entire Bay Area. She does this by articulately and confidently perfecting the home buying-and-selling process while identifying issues of concern and proactively initiating solutions. Cher’s native Californian areas of expertise include San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, but she has traveled to list for her clients as well.

Cher enjoys her time as a happy family matriarch, private pilot and golfer. A Member of The Menlo Park Rotary three years and volunteer with Peninsula Volunteers, Inc., Menlo Park driving for Meals on Wheels in the past, she also prepped meals at St. Anthony's Kitchen in Menlo Park and cooked for Breakfast with Santa during the holiday season. Cher’s earlier contributions involved participation in starting the "Look Good, Feel Better" Program for cancer patients through the then "Daughters of Charity" at Seton Medical Center, Daly City.
