Bob launched his career at the age of 18 by breaking the record for youngest agent to ever be awarded a real estate license in Maryland. In early 1991, Bob founded Builder’s First Choice (BFC), a new homes sales and marketing company that before selling in 2007, had grown to include offices in five states, employed over 300 people and reached nearly $1 billion in sales.

In 2008, along with his wife Tracy, Bob founded The Bob Lucido TEAM (BLT), a group of experienced and successful real estate agents in association with RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Headquartered in Fulton, MD and serving customers throughout the state, BLT has grown to 35 agents and 10 full-time employees.

Bob has been named #1 Realtor of the Year by HBAM in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and was awarded the designation of the #1 RE/MAX team in Maryland and the Central Atlantic Region, #3 RE/MAX team in the country, and #8 RE/MAX team in the world.

In 2014, Bob and his wife Tracy proudly announced that The Bob Lucido Team was joining Keller Williams, the #1 franchise in North America. The Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Integrity is the #1 Keller Williams Team in Maryland.

Bob is a life-long resident of Howard County, where he is a dedicated husband and father of three beautiful children. A sports enthusiast, he has sponsored and coached many local teams over the years including HCYP and SAC. A dedicated Orioles fan, Bob is a partner/owner of two minor league baseball teams with Cal Ripken Jr. and The Ripken Organization.
