Originally from Whitsett, Texas, D’Ann Harper grew up on a ranch with her parents and older sister branding cattle and bailing hay. After graduating from Three Rivers High School, she attended business school in San Antonio and soon married the love of her life, Herbert E. Harper Jr. Together, they raised two daughters while building one of the most successful, full-service real estate companies in Texas. Today, you can find D’Ann still running cattle at the ranch, encouraging her grandchildren and great grandchildren to achieve their best, and giving back to a community she has spent a lifetime serving. Licensed in 1978, D’Ann Harper began her real estate career with Bob Jones Realty in San Antonio, Texas. In 1986, she opened her first small brokerage, which grew steadily for the next several years. Then, in 1989, D’Ann partnered with Coldwell Banker and purchased two local offices in San Antonio with 18 Sales Agents. Through the years, the company has grown steadily and now operates with over 425 Sales Agents located in eight markets. Those include Bandera, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos and Universal City. The company now services roughly 7,500 square miles of the central Texas real estate market.
