My approach to assisting buyer clients is consultative and educational. I make a significant effort to listen to what’s important in their lifestyle choices, floor plan layout, architectural styles, neighborhood, schools, budget and everything that they share about their lifestyle preferences. I then make an intensive effort staying on top of evolving inventory daily, vetting properties, communicating with listing agents and offering advice for successful strategies that will result in securing the home of their dreams in our competitive market.

As both a full time resident & real estate broker in Seattle and the Eastside since 2004, I have an intimate knowledge of our unique niche neighborhoods and can often introduce my clients to desirable communities that are great fits for their lifestyle choices.
