Brad is a Northwest guy through and through. He graduated from the University of Washington Business School with a primary focus in marketing. "I knew at a very young age that I not only wanted to attend the UW, but also get into the Business School and focus on Marketing. I loved my experience at UW and the education I received helped in many aspects of my real estate career, especially marketing and negotiating skills."

Foundation for Success

At age 21, while still in college, Brad was named the Head Tennis Director at Overlake Golf and Country Club. The relationships he formed and business experience he gained proved invaluable as he transitioned into the real estate business. "I met a lot of great people and it was during that experience that I realized I wanted to get into residential real estate. I love the people side of the business and it was a natural fit from the beginning."

Upon graduation, Brad began his real estate career for a high-end Brokerage in Bellevue.. He has been a rising star in the industry, and has continually grown his business using a simple model. Ever since Brad was a young child, he has been a sports enthusiast. “Some of my fondest memories are those of which I was tossing the football around at Husky tailgates and attending Mariner games with my Dad.” Brad recalls. In addition to enjoying sports on a professional level, Brad has always been very involved in coaching. “I love working with kids and feel it’s very important to give back to the community”. Over the years, Brad has coached youth basketball, high school tennis, and Little League baseball.
