Tere Foster

Tere Foster is one of the highest producing residential agents in the nation based on sales volume. She has more than 30 years of experience selling residential properties in Washington. Tere and Team Foster were named to this year’s The Wall Street Journal REAL Trends The Thousand list as one of the top-ranked agent teams in the country.

Highly regarded by her clients, as well as by her peers, for having a high level of integrity, in-depth market knowledge, and an incredible work ethic, Tere created Team Foster over 15 years ago with the mission of providing incomparable client service. The Team’s commitment to putting clients first has led them to record sales, including 4 of the top 8 sales in NWMLS history.

Tere serves as a member of Forum XXII, an exclusive organization comprised of 22 of the top residential brokers in the Seattle area, and is a member of three additional networking organizations of top brokers in Seattle and on the Eastside. In keeping with Team Foster’s focus on international sales, Tere is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and a member of the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Tere has created and maintained long-standing relationships with many members of the community, both professionally and personally, through her involvement in charitable organizations. Tere served on the Board of Trustees of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club for 25 years and is a past-President of the board. She was named a Woman of Influence by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2018.

Tere and her husband, Stanbery, a trust and estate lawyer, reside in Bellevue.

Moya Skillman

Moya Skillman is co-founder of Team Foster with her mother, Tere Foster. Moya has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Team Foster sells over $200 Million annually.

Moya leads Team Foster’s marketing vision of print, digital and social media including Instagram, Facebook and video technologies. Her attention to detail ensures that every client receives outstanding service.

In February of 2016, Moya along with Tere and four other partners, founded Avenue Properties. In less than two years, Avenue was named to the Top 10 Largest Real Estate Companies in the Northwest by the Puget Sound Business Journal. In September 2018, Avenue properties was acquired by COMPASS Real Estate.

Moya is also a founding member of the Breakfast Club, a networking group for the next generation of top-producing agents in the Puget Sound area. She is actively involved in the Seattle King County Association of Realtors.

Moya has appeared on HGTV and CNBC and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Seattle Times, The Puget Sound Business Journal and other media channels.

In keeping with Team Foster’s focus on international sales, Moya is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).

Prior to her career in real estate, Moya spent seven years on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC working for elected officials and with senior executives from the top high-tech companies in the country.

Actively involved in her community, Moya is the Vice Chair of Eastside Catholic School Board of Trustees and is a past co-chair of the Board of Trustees for the KidsQuest Children’s Museum. In addition, she is involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue and other community organizations.

Moya lives in Medina with her husband and two children.
