A Danville, CA native, Erin Carrigg brings more 16 years of real estate experience to the Mary Bonham Team at THE AGENCY. Passionate about real estate, she loves the continually evolving nature of the business and helping her clients achieve the dream of homeownership. Prior to joining THE AGENCY, Erin was a Loan Representative and an Asset Manager for Wells Fargo, personally managing all of the bank-owned properties throughout the Bay Area. Erin spent a considerable amount of time in the field, evaluating each property and implementing marketing and sales strategies to ensure top pricing on the REOs. Erin’s marketing, sales, pricing and lending expertise prove invaluable to buyers and sellers throughout the region. Erin graduated from San Ramon Valley High School and was awarded a Full Athletic Scholarship to the University of Southern California for soccer, where she majored in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology. Erin returned to her hometown after college, where she currently resides with her husband, two young boys, and dog Rosie in Westside Danville. When not working, Erin dedicates her time to the Auction Committee at Montair Elementary School, enjoys running on the Iron Horse Trail, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
