Kim has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997 and has partnered with Tim Ahlberg, her father, for 19 years while raising her family. Kim offers buyers and sellers alike a unique perspective on how to make the most of their home purchase or sale. Having been born and raised in Walnut Creek and Alamo, Kim offers an in-depth knowledge of the East Bay, which helps guide buyers and seller’s to find the right fit for them. Kim earned a BS in Finance from CSU Chico and her rewarding moments have been helping countless first time buyers realize their dream of home ownership.
