She has served on The Board of Directors of the John Muir Foundation as well as the Woodranch and Alamo Springs Homeowners Associations. She has volunteered her time to Round Hill Swim team, De La Salle High School, Carondelet High School and St. Isidore School. She has also donated time to Habitat for Humanity, Monument Crisis Center, Special Olympics, and Children's Hospital.

Celeste is married and has three active children. She enjoys their school activities as well as their busy extracurricular schedules. Additionally, she enjoys her two Springer spaniels, her salt water aquarium, gardening, and tries her best to stick to a workout schedule. Celeste has been fortunate to have traveled extensively and traveling with her family is another one of her passions.

Celeste has called Athens, Greece, Idaho, Virginia, Florida and Arizona home, although her favorite place to come home to is the San Francisco Bay Area and in particular Alamo, California. Celeste has lived in Contra Costa County since 1991 when she and her husband purchased their first home.
