JON FINCHER is a Luxury Real Estate Specialist and lead agent in Tampa for the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division. A Tampa native and lifelong resident, Jon represents buyers and sellers in Tampa and the surrounding markets. As a member of the Sports & Entertainment Division, he has an excellent platform to promote and sell luxury properties in this market segment. With a background in mortgage banking, Jon is uniquely qualified to advise buyers on the best way to structure financing. Jon enjoys building relationships with his clients, many of whom are professional athletes. Growing up, Jon’s favorite sport was baseball. He played center field and rooted for the Atlanta Braves. Nowadays he follows players more than a team. He still likes to get to the batting cage and also plays golf, but he relaxes best when he’s on a boat in the bay. At the advice of his Cuban grandmother, he’s working to improve his Spanish.
