Designed by Assure Interiors in partnership with Veatrium, the office invites you to experience a peek into the life of a well-travelled, art collecting entrepreneur as seen through his home office. Each moment in the space reflects Assure’s modern, timeless and personalized interiors expressed through a well-considered layout, natural materials and subtle color schemes incorporating bespoke elements with contemporary art and collectible design.

“One becomes immersed in the personality of the collector and is transported to their travels and influences expressed through collected stories told through our design. We wanted to reinforce a sense of culture and quiet sophistication. It feels lived in yet elegant and intentional.” says Carola Pimentel.

The Libation Lounge (Loft)

The Libation Lounge is conceived as an intimate after-hours retreat, a room layered in memory, restraint, and quiet authority. Inspired by Krista Watterworth Alterman’s earliest understanding of entertaining as ritual, the loft channels the sophistication of a private speakeasy. Lighting is deliberate. Materials are tactile. The space is not designed to impress in a single glance, but to unfold slowly—the way conversation deepens as the evening lingers.

The Wine’d Down Terrace (Terrace)

Above it, The Wine’d Down Terrace offers a softer counterpoint. Airier, lighter, and more relaxed, the terrace draws from Krista’s formative summers in the Connecticut countryside, where dusk arrived gently and evenings stretched without urgency. It is a setting designed for gathering without performance, where style never competes with warmth. Together, the spaces reflect Krista’s belief that true luxury is not excess, but intention; rooms designed not only to be seen, but to be lived in.

Le Repos de la Cavalière (The Rider’s Repose)

The den is envisioned as a private sanctuary where strength and softness coexist. Drawing inspiration from natural forms and equestrian legacy, the room incorporates biophilic elements, sculptural curves, and a warm, muted palette to create a sense of calm and introspection. Dimmed lighting, organic textures, and thoughtfully curated furnishings invite pause, while personal memorabilia subtly honors lineage, discipline, and feminine power.

“At its core, this space is about restoration,” says Laetitia Laurent, award-winning designer and Principal at Laure Nell Interiors. “It’s a place designed not for display, but for retreat – where heritage, wellness, and quiet confidence come together.”

Le Repos de la Cavalière features contributions from an array of design partners, including Phillip Jeffries, Baker, Jerry Pair, Kravet, Holly Hunt, Sherwin-Williams, Sacco Carpet, Arhaus, The Spaceless Gallery, Roberta Schilling, and others, all carefully integrated to support the room’s narrative of quiet luxury and craftsmanship.

Inspired by Wellington’s equestrian culture and the artistry of Italian leather, this space reflects the beauty of saddlery reimagined through European leisure. Rich, structured materials are softened by natural linens, creating a cigar retreat that feels timeless, tactile, and effortlessly refined.

A Study in Luxury

A Study in Luxury explores the balance between architecture and artistry. Soft blue paneled walls create a tailored backdrop for layered textures, sculptural forms, and curated statement pieces. At the heart of the space is the debut of our Draped Wood desk, designed in collaboration with Abner Henry — solid wood carved to resemble fabric in motion, merging strength with softness. Plush seating, warm walnut accents, expressive artwork, and organic greenery complete the composition, creating a room that feels refined, intentional, and deeply livable.

Ground Floor Primary “The Romantic Minimalist”

Designed to evoke the feeling of a boutique hotel sanctuary, this room balances romance and restraint through a lens of romantic minimalism. Natural woods, layered textures, and soft textiles create an intimate, enveloping atmosphere that feels both elevated and deeply comfortable. Subtle tonal shifts and thoughtfully curated materials celebrate craftsmanship and materiality, resulting in a space that feels serene, sensual, and effortlessly luxurious. Timeless in spirit and quietly expressive.
