Tracy Shively is the founder and leader of the Shively Team with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The Shively Team supports and provides services to clients across the Washington DC Metropolitan Region. She is licensed as an Associate Broker in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. As a Real Estate Agent, entrepreneur, and broker with over 30 years of experience, Tracy’s clients benefit from her vast experience across the real estate market and her proven track record of performance and results.

Both buyers and sellers appreciate her experience, knowledge, and skill during all stages of their respective real estate transactions. Sellers appreciate her ability to help them prepare and position their homes for sale, and to negotiate the very best price. Buyers also enjoy her seasoned insights into the market, shrewd negotiating skills, and ability to strategize, prepare, and present competitive offers.

Before beginning her career with Douglas Elliman, Tracy worked with a large national builder, partnering with developers, homeowners, lenders, and local jurisdictions throughout the DC Metro region. Since then, she has owned her real estate portfolio buying, managing, redeveloping, and selling properties as well as subdividing lots for new construction and improving existing homes for resale and lease. This extraordinary level of experience in all aspects of the real estate purchase, development, and resale process translates into exemplary service and performance for her clients as she guides them all – buyers and sellers - through their transactions.

When not working with her clients, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back to the community where she lives and works. She has worked with many charities and non-profits in a variety of roles and currently, she actively supports Loudoun Serenity House, the McLean Community Foundation, and Food for Others. She is a longtime resident of Fairfax County and she currently resides in McLean with her husband, daughter, son, and dog Beau.
