Final electrical, plumbing and mechanical inspections are under way. The elevator is being tested and readied for inspection, and we anticipate certificates of occupancy at the end of July/early August. Prices will change upon completion, so the next two weeks are prime time to schedule tour and get an offer in on your favorite floorplan.
