Helping you find your perfect home is personal for me. I love Portland’s rich history and vibrant beauty. Most of all, I love its deep sense of community and civic pride. I raised my two children here, in the Dunthorpe community, amidst neighbors who really care, and I can’t think of a better place to call home.

Prior to relocating from the East Coast (Boston and Washington, DC), I worked for subsidiaries of Dow Jones and Thomson Financial in commercial real estate technology and publishing. I led teams in sales, marketing, research and product development, and developed a national commercial MLS system as well as published regional real estate directories. After owning and renovating four homes with my husband, (owner of commercial real estate company, Capacity Commercial) re-entering the real estate profession in 2004 seemed a natural move for me. My personal experiences and extensive real estate background, have informed the way I approach business, catering to the needs of both buyer and seller as part of the full-service real estate team at Kohnstamm Martin at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty.
