Kathy Hall is one of Portland’s all-time top-producing agents with nearly $250 million in closed sales in the last four years alone. In addition to being the Hasson Company’s Top Producer for seven consecutive years, she had more sales volume than any other independent agent in the Portland Metro area three of the past five years and has closed nearly $130 million in sales during the past 24 months.

Kathy has approximately 18 years in residential real estate experience, but literally grew up in the industry immersed in a family of residential brokers. After graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communications (minor in biology) from the University of Southern California, Kathy spent approximately 15 years in the business world as a professional directing and leading the marketing and public relations efforts of a variety of entities. She completed course work for a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga, California.

In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s license, Kathy is a Diamond Platinum Member in the Masters Circle, the highest membership available, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors and The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 250 Brokers in America 2011 and 2012.

Kathy has resided with her family in the Portland area for 20 years and is passionate about all the wonderful “perks” that come along with living in Portland, Oregon. She is highly involved in giving back to the community which has become “home” to her and her family.

Kevin Hall joined the team in 2013 and is Kathy's middle son. He is a 3rd generation real estate broker who combines cutting edge practices with traditional techniques. Kevin works with both buyers and sellers, and also supports the team in all areas including business development, marketing, administration, and showings. First time home buyers have been a particular area of focus, but he has helped the team with listings and home purchases in all price ranges.

Kevin has brought experience and new ideas to the team from his valuable three years working in customer service, sales and marketing for a national title insurance company. His involvement with assisting real estate agents and lenders with their marketing and business development has opened up new strategies to the team.

Spending his childhood in Portland and Lake Oswego, Kevin understands the different neighborhoods and micro-markets, and what they each have to offer. He attended Riverdale Grade School and Lake Oswego High School, and then ventured off to the east coast to attend the University of Hartford. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting, receiving membership with Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. While attending University of Hartford, Kevin played Division 1 soccer all four years while co-captaining the team his junior and senior seasons. He received numerous awards both from the Mens Soccer program as well as the University, including representing Hartford in 2008 at the NCAA National Leadership Conference.
