Our Top Powder Room Picks – “Pristine Providence”

Step inside Lindley Arthur Interiors’ Pristine Providence, a space named to represent its enclave of spotless beauty. Drawing inspiration from the exclusive Lyford’s Cay Club in The Bahamas, Lindley Arthur and her team dreamed up a classically timeless powder bath that serves as a glamorous retreat. Their goal was to create a sanctuary encompassing the celebrated Palm Beach energy while remaining true to the firm’s signature aesthetic.
As you enter the space, you are greeted by a showstopping, hand-painted peach Gracie Studio wallpaper that ultimately sets the tone for the overall design scheme.

Treating the powder bath as a true room in the home, they implemented layered lighting from Urban Electric and Charles Edwards with custom Rose Cumming shades that provides a welcoming ambiance. From the ceiling covered in a Phillip Jeffries grasscloth to the Rosa Grecia stone flooring from Artistic Tile, the space is filled with a flawless blend of finishes, including textiles from Namay Samay and Samuel & Sons for window shades fabricated by The Shade Store. A custom vanity with Kohler fixtures is covered in a Primstones slab, and the use of Benjamin Moore’s White Dove on the room’s trim works as the perfect accent for the abundance of pattern play throughout. Contemporary artwork by Cate West Zahl adds an unexpected twist to the otherwise traditional palette. Staying true to the firm’s love of mixing old and new, an array of storied pieces, including the console table, vintage garden stools, and accessories, adds a unique charm that completes the room.
