In 2010, Kathy made headlines with a $10 million home sale in Ranch Colony Estates, which is the most expensive transaction on the books for inland Martin County real estate to this day. In addition, she's been recognized as the #1 luxury real estate agent in total sales volume in her market for 11 years in a row. But it's not just her expertise that has made these successes possible—they're the result of Kathy's dedication to her work, her clients, and her community.

When asked, Kathy will tell you that her favorite part of being a Southeast Florida real estate agent is forming lifelong relationships with her sellers and buyers. Each day her goal is to turn property listings into sold listings, and she loves to turn showings into wild adventures by piling clients into her SUV or Mule Kawasaki, packing a cooler filled with cold drinks, and setting out to explore the most sought-after properties of Martin County and Palm Beach County. Prior to Kathy's real estate career, she was an international model, touring Europe and residing in Italy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 20 years, Alan, and the rest of her family. Kathy and her husband enjoy exploring the great outdoors, staying active while boating, fishing, or bicycling, and participating in ministry. Whatever they do, though, they're guided by a belief that they're incredibly lucky to live in the oasis of Southeast Florida.
