Entertaining in the spacious kitchen and dining room will be an ease with more than enough dining room and bar seating. Just off the kitchen and laundry room is a 3-season sitting area as well as a bonus room located above the garages.

This home offers all of the extracurricular activities needed to entertain every age including foosball, pool, and shuffleboard. Coupled with paddle boards and kayaks provided by StayLakeNorman, entertainment will not be a problem. A brand new 2 tier private dock with a serene sitting area is on property for you to enjoy through all seasons.

Adding a boat unlocks the many waterfront restaurants, and all of our boats come with tow toys, skis, and ropes. With over 500 miles of shoreline to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.

This one-of-a-kind property is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.
