Team Leader, Lori Prizmich, has been a top producing agent since her 2005 start in the real estate industry. Lori has sold over 100 million dollars in residential real estate including farm/equestrian properties, multi-family investment properties, luxury homes, new construction, and everything in between. Lori has mentored numerous agents over the years and enjoys helping agents become top producers. Lori graduated with honors and holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees. Strong analytical skills and a legal background prior to real estate give her an ability to understand complex contracts and the foresight to be a step ahead in negotiations. Lori has been married to Dennis since 1990 and they have two adventurous (not quite) children, Chad and Haven. Lori has been outdoorsy her whole life having grown up horse-back riding, camping and participating in sports in Northern California. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, biking, backpacking, hiking, camping, tending horses, reading or anything that involves being outdoors. Lori’s favorite local charity is TB Friends which is a local rescue for off track and abandoned thoroughbred horses. More regionally, Lori continues to be the highest contributing agent to Children’s Miracle Network in Yolo County for the past several years.
