My Background:
Real estate extends all the way back to my childhood. It was the discussion of my father who would take us on our Sunday afternoon drives out to his projects. I then continued to learn more about real estate with our company (Massie & Co.) and through both of our parents who were real estate developers.

My Interest:
Has been in home sales as I also learned through many home building projects and resale's. As times have changed through the years it has given me more opportunity to educate myself in home sales. I have purchased from new home subdivisions; Meritage and JMC as well a small new home subdivision in Carmichael. I have been in several new home builders subdivisions. I have seen it all from good to bad! This brings to me that challenge to be the best! I love a challenge!!!

I believe in quality service no matter in big or small. I want the reputation of Nordstrom in Real Estate! I want my clients to understand I am there for them. That requires excellent communication and follow through, which I pride myself on.

T-Task:
The real estate business is a task driven business from the moment you first meet your client to the closing of the escrow. The most successful home sell is related to tasks in an efficient and expedient manner. I put my team together with this is mind to add to my strengths to make sure of SUCCESS!

E-Education:
Because of the constantly changing real estate market it is very important to be constantly learning new laws, new technology, new marketing skills and the product we have to sell. After previously being an agent at two different real estate companies, I can tell you Lyon's is superior in the education and opportunities to perfect our skills in the real estate industry. That, I believe is why they are #1 in the industry. It is the key to the success that Lyon's has become.

It all gets down to performance. As my dad always taught me; what is the bottom line. I believe as a real estate agent the bottom line and key to success is "performance".
