Family is one of the most important things in my life. I have a wonderful husband named Randy and one son, Matt, and 2 dogs, Maggie and Dexter. Matt just graduated from Sacramento State in Graphic design. I am proud to say he joined my business in charge of marketing and photography. I have a passion for real estate, business, the stock market, hiking and golf when I can, family, and friends and giving back to the community.

I have a degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of Utah. In my twenties I moved to the Bay Area and started my career in sales, first for an elevator company and then for several years selling for 2 major computer companies in San Francisco where I became worldwide sales leader. I received the best sales training in each organization and mastered 3 important skills that I bring to my real estate career—listening very carefully to my clients and focusing on their needs, the art of negotiating, and quick and constant follow up.

Besides my sales background, I have extensive experience in real estate. I have completed over 20 transactions of my own including several 1031 exchanges and have built custom, multi-million dollar homes. Each year I continue to be in the top 10% of Placer County, have sold over $36,000,000 in real estate and all the knowledge from 100s of transaction have contributed and aided me in providing each client first class service.

I take great pride in being very knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling residential property. I have advanced degrees in Real Estate and earned the GRI, CDPE, and CNE designations. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, PCAR and am a Lifelong PCAR Masters Club member.
