When Those Callaways became licensed realtors in 1996, no one wanted to list homes on busy streets because they were difficult to sell. They sold them all and the sign exposure made them famous. They immediately started a team to better serve their clients and built a team of specialists, each focusing on a specific part of the transaction. A plaque on Joseph’s desk reads, “The best teams are made up of a bunch of nobodies, who love everybody and serve anybody and they don’t care about being somebody.” Today, Those Callaways has sold over 7,000 homes.
