Witherspoon Spring Tour of Homes Featured on the Front Cover of LHM Greater Nashville Issue 5.1

Brentwood, TN – February 28, 2019 – Established in Brentwood, TN and home of the 2017 Parade of Homes, Witherspoon is home to some of Nashville’s most well regarded builders. In addition, the community has a plethora of amenities for families to enjoy among the rolling hills of Tennessee. The home featured is built by Ford Classic Homes, a member of the builder’s guild of Luxury Home Magazine.

This in-town estate is filled with contemporary amenities with European charm. This is an example of the craftsmanship you can expect from Witherspoon’s builders. This parade showcase will be available for public viewing from April 5-7 and April 12-14, Noon-5 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour market homes and visit the Ford Classic Homes decorated Model.

Free food truck lunches for the first 150 guests will be included on the April 6th Spring Tour. It is your year to live in Luxury, and Witherspoon encourages you to visit the community to view the luxury products of Turnberry Homes, Ford Classic Homes, Stonegate Homes, and Legend Homes, all on the tour.

Located just minutes from Cool Springs and Brentwood proper, Witherspoon is an exclusive 263-acre enclave of 153 exceptional luxury home sites. As a portion of the former 1,500-acre Wildwood Plantation, the Witherspoon property has a rich and gracious history. The privately-owned mansion built in 1840 remains on the property as a reminder of this iconic part of Brentwood’s past. During its heyday, Wildwood employed over 100 workers, had its own cotton gin, granary and sawmill, as well as a church and a school for the workers. Today, Witherspoon showcases the natural beauty of this former plantation by retaining the rolling landscape, old tree rows and the original spring house.

Listing agent Mary Kocina of Fridrich and Clark has done an impeccable job marketing the property and Witherspoon as a whole. As one of the fastest growing communities in Greater Nashville, the search for the next owner reaches far beyond Tennessee due to the strong influx of new residents to Williamson County. One thing is for sure, the next owner will be investing in one of finest communities in all of the Southeast.
