Mary P. Snyder

Mary P. Snyder has more than thirty years of real estate experience specializing in luxury and estate properties. Mary was a realtor for an upscale boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Texas for ten years beginning in 1979. She ranked among the top 20 Dallas agents for each of those ten years. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Mary obtained a Bachelor in Education and a Master in Education with a major in Psychology. She was a teacher from 1971-1975 and worked in retail sales and management between the years of 1975 and 1979.

Mary was affiliated with Windermere Real Estate Madison Park for 23 years. In February of 2016, she co-founded Avenue Properties with five of the region’s top producers. Ned Hosford

A Pacific Northwest native, Ned graduated from the University of Colorado and moved to LA to pursue his dream of acting. 8 years later, with national tv campaigns under his belt, he moved back to Seattle with his wife.

After Ned completed his personal home renovation, he was encouraged to consider a new career. So began a successful career in real estate where he discovered his true calling; supporting people of all experiences through their homeownership goals and personal growth.

In partnership with Bob Bennion and Mary Snyder, Ned’s team was the #1 medium team in Washington state in 2021, 2022, and 2023 by sales volume. Besides his love of people and real estate, Ned is an ardent supporter of the performing arts, co-founding the Prodigy Project, a non-profit program designed for the most promising young filmmakers and songwriters from around the world. When not listening to audio books of the Lord of the Rings, Ned can most often be found exploring outside with his wife and four daughters, cooking and playing music.
